I went to my local Marine supply store and purchased a 12V Cig. outlet. Ran a wire straignt from the battery to the bed (added a fuse) and it works great at low cost. Plug for USB is marine quality also. The Gen6 Ranger has a 12V AND the 120V plug in the bed. Who thought it was a good idea to put the 120V plug in the back of the center console:crazy:

If you're asking me, I used the 15a class PowerPole (also fits the 20a kit, etc), and compatible wiring. Don't recall what the Ford wiring harness is rated for. So, I'd say 15 amps, maybe a little more for short duration. You can use the PP connector, or wire it to a 12v round socket, etc.
If you look in the background you can see that I wired and installed a second outlet in the forward hole.

Yep Wolf Haus. Very easy install.

Power inverter size for it was around 275 watts at 120 volts for that outlet and it is timed out usage when vehicle is off. I believe 10 minutes which can be changed in ForScan.

the smallest inverter I own is a 1200W, I blew the fuse in the one the truck came with the first night I had it LOL never replaced it because 150W is pretty useless?
I will end up running 10ga or better all the way from the Batt, for all my Ham gear I have standardized on anderson 30A Radio output Watts are different but the AMPs can still suck the juice, I carry 150AH AGM when running protable, if I run more than 500W LOL I know CBers and GMRSers run 5W to 50W that would work fine on what the truck has, ( I dont do QRP! less than 100W ) I watched a guy the other day run 1200W AMP at a POTA party portable at a Park, so now I am thinking I might have to out do him, I can run as much as 1500W that will dim the lights :)
