Well, maybe on the lift the fogs are easy, but I can't lay under a vehicle without getting an attack of vertigo. I could not get any good angle at the screws with the truck on the ground. I'll try on the ramps, or I may have my daughter pull it into the shop she works at for that job.
Ramps made it much easier for me.

I jacked up the front and put the front tires on 4x4 blocks and I could change them out from under the front bumper. It was easier to remove the skid plate to access the bolts/screws.

I have seen folks say pulling the fogs without removing the bumper is easy - I must have missed something because the amount of effort it took me to access the fogs, on ramps and on jack stands was not worth it. I found removing the bumper so much easier to do, more tedious, but easier. my knuckles were much happier removing the bumper, I tried several times to get the fogs and watched so many videos and read descriptions of accessing from underneath or from the wheel wells.

Yesterday I just took it to the shop my daughter works at and did it there on a lift I had her get that top right screw back in with her little hands, the rest I could do. I had a leak in the right front she fixed while I worked on the fog lights. Tonight, I got around to adjusting the lights. My drive way outside the garage is not level, and my garage is not long enough inside for 25' from the front to a wall. So, I put out my laser level, put it next to the truck and found the back wheels were about 2 inches lower than the front, pulled the ramps out and creeped up them until the laser was at the same level on the front and rear rims (really this means the lights are likely aimed a little low, since there is less weight on the rear tires, but that is fine since I want them a little bit low so they are not way too high with the 700lb weight on the tongue for the club trailer that I'm often towing after dark). Then since the garage entrance is not level with there the truck was either I moved the laser level onto the trailer between the truck and the garage and out the laser right in the middle of the fog light, then marked 4" down on the garage from where the laser was on the garage. Worked out well I think, this is after backing off of the ramps. The cone right in front of the truck is 25' from the garage door.

And, yes... I gave up on the idea of doing the headlights at the same time since it's been a week and FedEx still has not giving me an ETA for them. Tomorrow, I plan to reach out to Anzo and maybe FedEx about it, as the only status is the shipper loaded them on the truck, but suspecting they were never loaded on the truck, as I've never seen it take FedEx a week to scan it to the facility.
