On the box, it appears as though there are a ton of pieces (rubber, mostly) but on the inside. Nothing is there - unless everything is already installed in the spacer. Which mine looks like it is that way, but I can’t seem to take it apart. Am I missing an components?

Mine came like this too. Just received it yesterday (Ordered from Stage3Motorsports).

I am confused as well, your post just reminded me to reach out to them for clarification.

Its all there,(note) they just installed the rubber bushings and steel sleeves. You have the 8 nuts total and 4 washers total, which matches the pic. :like:

Note: Although I cannot see the other side of the spacers, Im assuming the other 2 rubber bushings are there.

Looks as though you need to disassemble the strut assy. to install this.
Not so with the 2.5" lift spacers I got from Ford Ranger lifts, the spacers are simply attached to the removed strut, then the strut with the added part re-installed on the vehicle.
Took some coaxing to do, but not totally difficult, even better, all alignment angles were still within specs after installation.

Edit: will post pics of the spacers installed and truck profile soon

Hmmm,
Were the parts correct, just the supplied instructions for a Chevy?

It happens, would you believe my brand new '86 F-150 came with a T-Bird owners manual? No doubt some Thunderbird buyer was scratching his head to find an F series manual in his glovebox...
