I ordered my Ford Redarc brake controller directly from Ford in March 2023 and also paid for installation at that time which was $252.00. The dealership didn't argue with that even though it took them close to four hours to do the install.
I had a bunch of Ford Pass Points saved up so the whole deal only cost me $125
