Nice work!

My first speaker install was a set of Realistic 2-ways in a plastic housing that sat on top of the package tray.

Nice job. You gave me an idea of where to place my Kleenex.

Nice, but that space holds a HAM radio and a dash cam in my truck, besides, the OEM stereo sounds fine to me, but then again I spent too much time working around jet engines and big guns.

I am old enough to remember when the only speaker cars came with was in the dash.
We spent hours, even days running wires to the back and cutting holes in the back package shelf to install 6x9 speakers back there. its funny to see things go full circle to back in the dash.
I will say your skills are a lot better that ours were back then !

I started installing in 93 and worked on my share of older cars. Things have definitely changed.

Could only afford the speakers. Not the Cragars!
Cragars haha. Your 1 aftermarket wheel option. Well make that 2, there were the white steel wheels with a red stripe on them.

Looks cool! How does it sound?
Sounds great. I have them on the rear channels of my amp with my rear speakers for now. I can use the fader to adjust volume between the front doors and center. So using the fader you can really compare the difference.

Don't forget Keystone Classics. They weren't as popular as Cragars but they had their fair share out there. lol
