Clearview Towing Mirrors

The DS one is looser, but I shake the whole truck running it in and out. I tow often. I bought the truck specifically for trips. Of the 11,000 miles on the truck, 8000 are towing. I’m sure over time I may eventually ask how to tighten them up!

Had to run the trailer up to dealer for some warranty work...had the first chance to use the Clearview's...
They are absolutely great !!! If you haven't had a chance to use them yet...your gonna love em.

So... kind of confused. I got and installed my Clearview mirrors for my Lariat and they're missing the bottom glass. Do any of yours look like this?

No. Mine looks the same from the outside, but mine has 2 pieces of mirror. A big power adjustable top mirror, and a manually adjustable blind spot mirror at the bottom.

Was yours for the Lariat? The $1k version? I wonder if that's the difference for some reason? I emailed the manufacturer for clarification.

Looks like you got the "compact" not the "next gen". Didn’t know they had them for US. Do they have BLIS? Ive got the mid-level and have the split mirrors

Mine is the $1k model, although I put it on my XLT. I got the top model as I wanted the power fold. I think something messed up with your order.

It's got all the options... BLIS works. I honestly have no idea how I got them. They're not in the US store but they have a "For US Rangers" marking. I wonder if it's something they're supposed to sell soon but hasn't been released yet?

Clearview USA. The part number that's on the order form is the correct number for the nextgen but what I got was different (obviously). They shipped it next day and I got it in 2.... so it came from the US warehouse.

I just checked the part # for the mirrors, for a Lariat with all options, the $1000,.00 set on my order form and receipt, and # is different from yours...

Are they both flat mirrors or is the passenger convex? Takes some getting use to the split mirror with the convex on the bottom.
