Anybody know if any good Ranger tunes and Programmers from a Canadian source? Buying from a US source is too expensive after exchange. Curious whats available north of the border.

I did find TDot Performance is an SCT dealer, so thats an option for a Programmer, but how 'boot custom tunes? Any Canuck tuners out there?

I was wondering the same thing but I will probably go with the FP tune through a dealer, seems to be a few certified Ford performance and Roush dealers, mainly in the GTA.

I was considering the FP tune as well however the FP tune needs 91 octane but Id like to have the option of multiple tunes for 87-93 as well as alternate shift tables.

I couldn't find any Canadian tuners that I would trust. I ended up going with Torrie at Unleashed. It was kinda expensive, but with no other high profile options I made my decision after lots of reading and consideration between the Ford tune, which was way more money, and 5 Star or Livernois. Unleashed stays within safe parameters, and has tuned a lot of EcoBoost motors. I can't honestly speak for the other tuners, I haven't driven anything they've tuned. Most of the reviews I found indicated that Unleashed had the most refined transmission strategy.

Torrie can tune to whatever octane you want to run.

And when I sold my Ranger I got an Unleashed tune for my next truck.

Thanks. I am considering either Livernois or Unleashed and by the sounds of what Ive been reading Unleashed seem to be the best for the Ranger in particular.

Well, I felt they were otherwise I wouldn't have shelled out my hard earned money to them, and then again when I got my new truck ?

I ran the Livernois in my '19 for 3 years. I did like it but I'm going to try the Unleashed in my Tremor. Based on all the reviews here I really need to see the difference myself. @TORQUERULES has worked with Torrie to perfect the Torquerules Tune with the Shift strategy and everyone seems to really love it. Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with either one but I after 3 years of running the LMS tune I'm looking forward to a new one.

I would buy a canned tuned Unleached/Livernois or whomever.
You need to pay to play.
This is the way.
