Just so you are all aware, I ordered a set of Bronco Sport vinyl letters in turquoise blue for my wife's Bronco Sport. (I realize this is a Ranger Forum, however I am trying to protect my friends here as well). I receive them and they are actually more green and not even close to blue. I am dealing with them, however after their mistake, delays, and telling me my computer monitor is bad, it looks as if I am going to have to pay for shipping charges both ways and mail them out a certified letter with the new green letters since they advised they may not receive them if not sent certified, how convenient for them to say they never received them, and lose money on this deal. I hate to complain about a company, however I am hoping that no one else has to go through the trouble I have been going through with them. That is the reason for my post here. Check out the picture below.

Send the decals to "Imakestickersfast" on Ebay...he can copy it and make it right...I've dealt with this guys many many times and even when I make a mistake, he just corrects and resends them out, no charge...

I would Sid, but I sent them back certified for a refund to 4X4 Graphics. They have them now, and are keeping them along with not giving me my refund. Sheesh..... :explode:

That's awful Phil! You might have mentioned this already but did you pay with a credit card? If so just file a complaint against them and you should get reimbursed.

Thanks Dave. I have opened a dispute with my credit card against them and waiting for the decision. So far, they owe me $22.35 back for what I paid them for the letters and I will have to eat the $4.60 for the certified mail to send the letters back to them. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company before in my life. Unbelievable

Sometime's it just the principle of it and I'd fight it even if it were only $4.60. I'm sure the CC company will see it in your favor but it's just the aggravation of having to deal with a unprofessional company.

 Does he have a social media page? If so we could all bomb him with bad reviews. ?

Don't know Dave and really, I hate to see you and any of my other good friends here have to get involved. I just wanted to warn others to save them the aggravation of dealing with these jerks. On the positive side, they have a company that requests reviews for them and I gave them a 1 star rating and explained truthfully why. However, I doubt that review stays up there very long!

Just checked. My 1 star review has been removed. How surprising...LOL!!!

I remember on the Bronco forum when a few got their deliveries the dealer then hit them with a huge add on even though they had a contract for msrp. So a bunch of members (not me ) all bombed their social media and Google review page with negative comments. Sure enough the dealer took off the markups and went back to their original agreement as long as the member called the dogs off and had them delete their reviews. lol

Or, you could just charge back the sale on your CC or however you paid. Jamb those in an envelope and send them back.

Plenty of vendors out there that do these the way you want them without those hassles!
Agreed. If they didn't send the letters to you registered or certified then the return shipping should be the same.

I am all about supporting local small businesses however I ordered my tailgate letters from an Amazon seller. If you are a prime member the majority of products are free shipping and free returns. There are some family owned Amazon storefronts or just Amazon itself.

I agree with you Mike, however they advised me that if I did not send the letters back to them certified, they "might" get lost in the mail, just like my 1 star review got lost that I answered and was put on their website yesterday! Funny how it magically disappeared

I can tell you as someone who did online business once that processed credit card sales. Customers can charge back on you even without sending back the products. On top of that the card company charges you a fee for the charge back as well as the credit they issued to the customer. Vendor is on the losing end no matter what you say or do! Charge back the sale all knowing you did return the item. Wash your hands and walk away!

They won't be in business long with treatment like that. Sorry that you are getting treated like this.
