So about 2 or 2.5 years ago I had the blender thing replaced. Skip to about 6 months ago I changed my cabin filter and I heard like a ripping or something coming from there so I took filter out and pulled out like about 3 inches of electrical tape out of the spinning motor I assume. Now when my blower is on 6 or 7 I hear like a humming. Of course I'm out of warranty. Any ideas? Low speeds I don't hear it but once 6 or higher it's like a humming.

Its most likely the blower motor itself, but I would check to see if it (currently) has any debris in the squirrel cage throwing it off balance, plus inspect for any balance clips that may have fallen off and are setting in the bottom of the cage.
It could also be a mouse has made a bed in it.

I had a similar problem. A mouse built a nest on the cabin filter, chewed through the filter and built a larger nest in the blower fan. It threw the fan so far out of balance that the blower was damaged.
I let the dealer deal with it. $600 + change. Now the filter is sprinkled with grated Irish Spring bar soap. No more mice, and the cab smells nice.

This is exactly what happend to my 2019 yesterday. Took it in for the 30,000 mile service and when I started the A/C on high it sounds like a gad bearing. vibrates like crazy

Might sound silly but serious question here- Blow or vacuum? Wouldn’t it be safer to vacuum versus forcing air forward?
