To Late now. Just use it up. Besides with the drop in you loose your tie downs, unless you cut slots.

With the Ford drop in liner there are rubber access plugs that cover the tie downs.

I had a Ford drop in liner in my 92 F250. Bought it new sold it it 2013. Hearing all the bad about a drop in liner after many years of use throwing in many tons of fire wood, steal & what ever I decided to take it out & see what I needed maybe to do to catch any rust before it got to bad. The removal was not worth the effort, there was nothing to do.
