Back Ordered Stock e-locking differential

So I work in sales at the Ford dealership and my ranger was having problems and the rear locker is broken so it needs a new differential but the differential is been on back order from Ford for a little over a month and a half. I was wondering if anyone knows of an aftermarket E locking differential that I can put in my ranger?
