Anyone who has a Tom Woods Driveshaft Installed

Have you checked your angles to insure you are within specs. Klein Tools 935DAG Digital Angle Gauge $33 works perfectly and you'll know within seconds. Both measurements should be within 5 degrees of each other. The closer the better.

No , did not , but im not wanting to start messing with angles unless a cliff is involved...

Checking it ain't messing with it. But it will rule it out, and if it is off a lot , let a mechanic fix... or live with it.

I believe it is the same as for the Ford Driveshaft... 82-83Ft lbs. Tighten the four bolts in a cross/diagonal pattern.

Specifically Ford calls for 82 at the xfer case, and 83 at the diff. I set both of mine at 82, and I used Locktite Blue. I don't think 1 Ft Lb matters. My torque wrench is probably off that much.

I installed mine back on 9/2022. So good so far.

I just put the old one back on and returned the one piece... even the guy at Tom Woods said if I start changing rear end angles and such ill most likely just move the vibration to another speed and that some trucks just need the 2 piece , plus I was already tired of messing with it... it actually seems better now or I just dont notice it anymore...
