Sorry about the delay, for those of you in Delaware like my self the Dealer is Garnet ford on 202 just over the line in PA.
The Facia is what they ended up breaking and they let me in the back with the mechanic and I came to conclusion hes just a sloppy tech who didn't take his time and pawned it off on the service writer. While I did end up paying for it we did come to an agreement on some other things that will more than cover what I paid for the extra part.
