I see them for the Focus ST from Accel and MSD. They are also available for the 2.0 Ecoboost. However, they mention nothing of the Ranger. I'm curious if the Focus ST ones fit our Rangers or not. I might need to contact Holley's (parent company) support and ask. I was wondering if there was any other options out there, though.

Aftermarket coil packs are a consistent source of failure on Ford vehicles. Stick with Motorcraft. There's nothing to be gained from those aftermarket units. Plenty of vehicles making big HP with bone stock OE coil packs.

MSD, Accel and Granitelli list the for the 2.3 Ecoboost engine. But as others have said there is no need for them.
