I just did a muffler delete at a local muffler shop. Just noticed the pipes are pressure bent not mandrel. Is this a big concern?

Cats must stay ...so there's a muffler, cats and a resonator and you can just pop that stuff off without messing up codes? I thought the cats had to stay on.
someone in this thread and a few others have said they got rid of them.Cats must stay ...

Yes, but then you have to fabricate new sensor locations, some downpipes have them already installed..someone in this thread and a few others have said they got rid of them.

Key words in the subject of the thread MUFFLER DELETE. I only had the muffler removed and replaced with a section of pipe. 13,000 miles later and no issues.so there's a muffler, cats and a resonator and you can just pop that stuff off without messing up codes? I thought the cats had to stay on.
I know in CA this wouldn’t be a fail.the muffler delete shouldnt affect emissions testing during a state inspection here in the good ol communist state of NY should it?
Correct cause on the sniffer it's gonna read the same.I know in CA this wouldn’t be a fail.
