Ran a test today - for confirmation:
The (Switched) circuits drop to zero volts at key off, the meter catches a brief varied voltage as it drops (immediately) at key off, but there is no fluctuation like you experienced.

I wanted to see (IF) the BCM stepped down the voltage -nothing noted as such, so since you are powered differently now (Amp Wise) see if you have the same (voltage pulse) as you did before.

I'll try that again as I still need to install some switches for lights. They been mounted for a year and never wired. But one question I have to ask is what year truck did you test? I Jane read of others using the same fuse on a 21my and never reported a problem.

2022 - Lariat - I tested the switched power fuses with attention to fuse 35 & 37, no fluctuation and they acted as a true switched source

@airline tech , okay finally got a chance to run the tests. Been very busy as I found my father in law passed away yesterday. That was not fun. Anyway 35 and 37 are both switched 13v ignition on 0v off evidently the alpine sub amp was backfeeding from day one installed in the truck less than 2 months from purchase. It was getting excite wire from the alpine amp I took out. The new larger JL audio amp was tied in to the excite wire from the amp in the rear. Anyway it was the alpine sub amp that was back feeding the circuit. The problem is now solved. As my buddy told me the other day just put a diode in the excite wire problem solved.

Also, went out with new amp clamp 15 minutes after shut down and the draw was 0.05 that is acceptable

Awesome - I was under the impression the (Audio-Upgrade) was recent, so I did not think it was the source. but if it's being doing this the whole time, then it explains the battery issues - at least the most recent changes gave a signal or sign that it was staying powered.

Part of the upgrade was recent. Went from alpine mini amp in dash to jl audio big amp under passenger seat. The bigger amp is what brought it all to a head. Sub was there causing problems that weren't being noticed.
