Alternative Steering Wheel(s)?

Anybody know of any aftermarket, or other Ford vehicle steering wheels that can be swapped to the ranger?
I know it sounds strange, but my only dislike with the truck is the wheel. I have the leather wrapped one, but it's just too bulky and ugly.

Compared to my Focus ST, it's horrible. I know that's a completely different car... But still. ?

Our steering column is a fairly standard design found in several Fords. I think this issue was brought up before, and the consensus was that a replacement wheel would likely work if the clockspring it was mated to had the same part number. Possible candidates off the top of my head are Fusion, Edge, Explorer, Taurus.

I too dislike our wheel. I prefer to rest my hand at 6:00 and the three-spoke design is no bueno.

Someone on this blog had posted that they bought and received their Carbontastic steering wheel but the picture he posted looked like a screen grab from Carbontastic's website. So I am not sure that this was a legit post. I will wait to see pictures/video of his install

So do you think a ‘21 explorer wheel setup would work with our rangers?

Depending on what you're looking for there are several. We share a basic design with the Ford Maverick, escape, and several others. Fast Mavericks started selling RS and ST style steering wheels
