No updates on the aux switch panel? Really want it... I could make my own pigtail wiring back to the engine, but there's absolutely zero information on any potential part number for it.
Has about ~5k miles on it. I ended up getting the FRPP exhaust instead.
This was MUCH quieter. I would say it's about a 10-15% increase over stock, and probably the most tame one you could buy for the Ranger.
Here's a quick video, not a great microphone/camera, but might help. But the exhaust...
I think this was pretty much confirmed. The "nano" v6 for the next gen Ranger. Since the next gen Ranger and the Bronco shares the same platform makes even more sense.
Actually, I think they do. Peak is typically by 4k. I'm curious how much the 10spd vs 6spd on the RS matters when it comes to longevity on these blocks.
I did. I found the noise however - when the electric wastegate is open, the arm rattles on the surrounding heat shield. The wastegate is fully open when the car is first started, and the slight rattle radiates right to the tailpipe.
Anybody notice a really *rough* sounding cold start with the downpipe? Probably when the car is running in open loop, for like the first 30 seconds, it sounds like a can of marbles with the borla exhaust and dp.
Mine too is the same. The second one lacks the gap from the first one.
I'm not sure where Stage3 sources them from, but it has changed. My first grille (from a year ago) is a completely different mold than my second one.
The second one is slightly thinner (and possibly weaker?), and fits much...
Unfortunately, I was driving behind a garbage truck when a chunk of crap hit the grille. It took a small piece off the bottom.
Still in good shape, maybe 300 miles since the install. Doesn't flex, vibrate or rattle. And can still be properly installed without an issue.
I'm so anal, I purchased...
