Hey all - shooting this out there to see if anyone has any experience with aftermarket XLT/Lariat style tail lamp housings. Someone hit and ran me a few weeks back and smashed my driver side light beyond repair. Got quoted $1,200-$1,800 for an OEM replacement and am not in the place to nor willing to spend that kind of money on a seemingly easily breakable part. Looking at purchasing aftermarket such as the one linked below but am unsure of quality issues. Any help/input appreciated. Thanks!

From what I understand, you can reuse your BLISS module from your OEM light because It has to be programmed to the truck. Transfer it to the after market one.

I've got a cracked right side, I'd be interested in fit + finish on these aftermarket ones. If they look exactly the same and the BLIS module bolts in and is still watertight I'd be down to buy one.

I replaced my drivers side tail lens with an aftermarket lens a couple of years ago. I ordered it from an eBay seller, and it was easy to swap out with the OEM. The BLIS module plugged in with no difficulty. The only difference between the OEM and the aftermarket lens was that the aftermarket lens does not bear the Ranger name. Otherwise, it was a match to the OEM.
