Any aftermarket taillights?

Ever since I have bought my truck I haven't been the biggest fan of my tail lights. I have searched far and wide and have seen 0 options for the US rangers when it comes to aftermarket tail lights. The Lariat tail lights look pretty good but the XLT/XL without perimeter sensors are quite ugly. Wondering if there is anything? Anything in development? Opinions?
