Some dealers are making a Raptor Ranger and are installing a FORD power slider. I will try to locate the PN again.

Please pass along that PN when you find it. Stopped at a dealer this weekend to check it out and the slider is tiny. Glad I'm not getting it. This did however result in my wife buying a 2019 Escape so there will be 2 new Fords in our garage. They are giving away Escapes and F150s due to the new models coming out.

So any word on getting a manual slider added after the fact? I've got a '19 XLT SuperCab that I'd love to have a rear sliding window on.

Honestly..... The stock slider is so small and manual it isn't worth it. I'd go back to a solid glass if I had it to do over.

So has anyone tried the CRL ECT213S? This seems to be the only manual slider available. And please spare us the I never open mine replies, I've had many trucks with a manual slider, I use them quite often.

I bought my truck used so I had no choice, but if I DID have a choice I would also go with a solid window.

In case anyone is following who is actually interested in adding a rear slider, DK Hardware confirmed the ECT213S will fit US spec Rangers. Anyone know how the rear window is installed, looks like maybe adhesive?

The slider is pretty worthless. A small child couldn't get there head even through it. Without a power slider option, it's pretty pointless. You can't reach it from the drivers seat in a screw, which means you have to go into back seat every time to open or close it.

I would totally swap out for a powered option. Kind of surprised, no one has offered one by now.
My St Bernard puts his head through it all the time. His head is bigger than most small children's.

And everytime I open or close it it's from the driver's seat.

It's small, but not useless.

Powered would be cool.
