Does it have to be a real and functional car? Or can it work like it does in the movie?
If it can function like in the movie, easily the interstellar capable StarCar from The Last Starfighter
If it must be limited to Terra Firma, either the original George Barris Batmobile
The Landmaster from Damnation Alley
Or the F&F Charger Daytona

The Landmaster was really built and really worked as depicted.

As a kid, I was always WAY impressed with the tri-arc wheel setup.
As an adult, I still am ?
Edit: The movie pretty much sucked, but the Landmaster was great!

it is a very cool design with the three wheels. rotating the tires and air checks may be a bit of a headache for the guys at discount tire..The Landmaster was really built and really worked as depicted.

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
