Last time we talked about road trips and found that everyone pays great attention to car maintenance, and pre-trip checks are an essential part of the process (checking tire pressure, rims, car battery, changing oil, etc.). In regular everyday life, what vehicle conditions do you guys care about most, for safety reasons or personal hygiene needs?

Let's share how much monthly vehicle maintenance do you actually do.

Please select the maintenance tasks you have already completed or are sure you can complete this month. (This is a multiple-choice poll)

After voting, please leave a comment below:
How many items did you complete in total? What do you think is the most important? Share your experiences and little skills in thos thread.

Winner Pick Up:
We will pick up one winner on 29th Jan. The user with the most likes in the comments section is winner!

Prize: A set of 3W car mat

I always check my tire pressure every 2-3 weeks along with the washer fluid & oil. Because I don't drive my truck a lot and it'll sometimes sit for 3-5 days It's always connected to a CTEK battery maintainer. About once every month I'll give it a full detail inside and out washing it with a foam cannon and giving it a coat of 303 Graphene Detailer for a nice gloss finish. The inside doesn't get that bad so that gets done every other month with a complete vacuum, floor mats taken out and washed and cleaned with 303 Aerospace Protectant which I also use on the dash and all the leather and plastic for UV protection.

It's cold here in ID during winter so, air pressure in tires gets checked regularly.

Battery gets checked for health and charge status and topped off as needed.

Outside water is off to prevent freezing and driveway would be icy if washing the cars so trips to the car wash(I know heresy) are made after road and ski trips.

Wheels are cleaned and road cinder washed out of wheels when dried at car wash.

As for the inside, it gets vacuumed at car wash to remove the donut crumbs from said trips and rocks from snow shoes and ski boots.

I mean see how nice it still looks parked at the ski area!

They messaged me and said they don't have them for my truck and to pick out something else. Now I'm waiting for them to respond.

Hmm, maybe something from their sister company is in order. ;)
