Because of the attention the 303 Graphene has been getting around here, I figured I'd try it out. I didn't use it on my Ranger, but I figured I'd report back with my impressions regardless in case it was helpful to a fellow Ranger owner.

I started out Monday by cleaning up my detailing stuff and I got it all organized after our move in February. I had a little time to kill after that on Monday, so I went ahead and cleaned up my wheel wells.

Tuesday, I started with the nuts and bolts of the detail. I used compressed air to blow all of the dust off the car, and then Meguiar's Quick Detailer to wipe it down. My plan was, because the car had been "maintained" with quick detailing products while being a garage queen and it still looked good, that I would polish it and then apply the 303 Graphene. However, I was unhappy with the results with a test spot on the hood, so I swapped out to a medium cut pad on the DA and Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Compound. Once having compounded that whole car, I went back to work with the Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Polish and a polishing pad on the DA.

Amazon hadn't yet delivered my 303 Graphene by the time I was done with the cut and polish, so I set to work on other areas of the car. I detailed the wheel in my garage with Meguiar's Ultimate Waterless Wheel and Tire Cleaner. That stuff over-sprayed like crazy and I had to clean up my fenders a little. I then did the interior of the car, vacuum and wipe down, before hitting the windows inside and out. Soon after completing those tasks, Amazon rolled up and delivered...

...AN INFLATABLE BABY POOL! As the Amazon driver was walking up to me with what was clearly a box with an inflatable baby pool, I was disappointed. "I don't think that's what I ordered!" She realized she grabbed the wrong package and grabbed mine. I immediately set to apply the 303 Graphene with a Chemical Guys applicator.

Let me tell you, I applied this stuff thick! It kinda was by accident. As promised, the 303 product dried to a white haze and I hand buffed it off with clean microfiber towels. It took a lot of microfiber towels too! But, I credit that situation to how overly thick I applied the 303 Graphene. I started at roughly 0800 and I finished at roughly 1700 - it was a looooonnnngggggg and hot day!

Impressions:
-It was easy to apply and easy to buff off. I applied it to the paint, the windows, and the trim. No problems but I did have to reapply to some spots of trim and then wipe off while still wet. No biggie!
-It increased the shine. After the polishing process, the car was very shiny. The 303 Graphene definitely increased the level of shine.
-Wear rubber gloves. I didn't. It was so hot out that I would have filled the gloves with sweat that would have pour out on the car. 303 Graphene is sticky on the hands!
-Follow the directions! The overspray seemed to create a little bit of a mess. That leads me to believe that if you sprayed it directly on a car, it would be hell to clean up the application.

Now for the pics!

Here is after compounding and polishing.

I'd say I'm pretty happy with the results! ?

That looks great John!! The first time using it is always a little trial and error but I try to stress less product is better because it's a pain to buff out (as you noticed) if you apply to much. I never wear gloves either because it's to hot here too but one thing to make sure is that there's plenty of ventilation because this stuff is pretty strong in an enclosed garage.

If you haven't already get the Graphene detailer and it'll really pop even more and will be super slick you'll slide right off the car when washing it. ?

Great job! I was confused by the photos. It took me a minute to realize that I was looking at a reflection in your car's paint.

Haven’t tried them yet but that looks amazing. My God .. wow. Good job.

I’m using the quick spray turtle / meguairs wax lately until I get a full out blown clay and all. It does the job .. but that looks amazing
