Stock Exhaust Looks Horrible

I need to dress up the exhaust tip. The stock pipe looks awful. I was gonna paint it black with high heat paint, but now I want a chrome tip. Any suggestions as to which one is good quality and looks good?

I think they have a black one and a chromed one.

It's basically just a cut pipe. I was looking at it the other day and noticed that mine isnt even a clean cut either. They did a little work to round off any really sharp edges but there are two spots where they probably finished the cut and the blade moved slightly.

I got this exhaust tip from autoanything.com. Made by Gibson, fits the 3" pipe but actual dia. is 4".

I didn't like the mounting and had to modify to satisfy me.

To give an idea here's my old Ram 2500 with black exhaust and a smoked chrome exhaust tip from Flo-Pro.

My truck has the Sport package, so no chrome, all blacked out. The stainless steel exhaust really stuck out and looked bad. I first painted it, and that helped a lot. I then decided on the Go Rhino black tip. I like the look now.

Awesome upgrade! I just ordered the same tip in chrome.

Sprayed mine black and called it a day. It did look pretty bad stock.
