Finally broke down and ordered a tailgate damper. Seems like no one in the family can differentiate between the truck that has a damper and the one that doesn't.

Probably, but then I'd have to hit myself as well. I've played bombs away with the tailgate one too many times. I guess we got used to the damper on the Colorado. I know one thing, it was never an issue with the 87 Ranger!

Put on a Steering wheel cover, installed a new magnetic phone mount, and secured my jumper cables behind the rear seat with some velcro straps. Tomorrow I get my DeeZee Tailgate mat, some carbon fiber sill covers, and a hitch plug. Got the DeeZee bed mat on order, but that will take a few more days to come in.

I need a passenger door damper. Wife slams it every time and then gets the stink eye.:curse:

She'll figure it out someday. Her Outback takes a good push to close.

Installed the Weathertech mud flaps.

Front took a bit of time. Instructions say remove 3 factory plastic fasteners and the Torx screw on bottom of fender, pull back the fender liner and insert clips. I found it easier to just remove two of the plastic fasteners crawl on back and reach inside liner to place needed u-clips for the screws.
Biggest pain was figuring out where to move the wheels.

Rears are a piece of cake...remove one plastic fastener and Torx screw on bottom of fender, 2 minute job each on the rears.

The fronts have me perplexed. WeatherTech acts like you can just peel back the wheel liner. It's quite stiff! Did you undue the fasteners along the outer rim and then reach inside? That seems like a better approach. Thanks.

Got these Bushwacker fender flares on Black Friday (part # 20955-02) and had them installed when I brought my truck to get the level kit re-torqued and I am very happy with how they came out!

I like those, no bolts. I am not a fan of the bolts on flares.
Same, I didn't want the big, chunky looking ones so when I saw the OE-style ones on sale, I pulled the trigger.

Yes, like you I found it too stiff to peel back. Removed the fasteners that WT suggested then slid under on my back, pulled the liner forward and reached in and placed the clips for the screws. After doing the first one I realized there was no need to take off the upper middle fastener, just the others.
