One change I noticed is the XLT 302A now has power heated power fold mirrors. Before they were not heated. Other minor change is the entry keypad is now color keyed.

Let's hope its accurate. Their build & price is known to have mistakes like that.

I went and looked at the actual 2022 order guide and it says heated mirrors for 302A as well so if it’s a mistake it’s in two places.

I did a build on a 2022 identical to my 2021 XLT Ranger just for the heck of it. Here is the result.

2022
Base MSRP = $35,425
Options = $3,440
Destination = $1,295
Total = $40,160

2021 Sticker
Base MSRP = $34,745
Options = $3,340
Destination = $1,195
Total = $39,280

A total of $880 Difference for nothing but a year and where we stand with Covid and the Economy. Not good!

I bought a new 2000 Tacoma and a new 2003 f350. It seems both have gone up, give or take a little, 1000$ a year.

Vehicle MSRPs almost always go up every year. This might be a little higher then normal for the Ranger, but it’s not way out of line. Just wait until the re-designed one comes in the summer of 2023. I expect a substantial increase on that.

Looks like the 2 4.2inch screens are part of the 501A package now instead of included on all Lariats.
That’s good old de-contenting at work right there. I also would not be surprised if it was cut on the standard Lariat to help save a few chips.

2023 model year
Considering they won't even be building the next generation Ranger until Summer 2023 you'd think it would be a 2024. They can't build a 2022 past December 31, 2022 so what happens for 6 months? I still think the 2023 will be the current gen with a short model year, but we'll see.

859.00 more on my 2022, then when I placed my order November 11th. Thank goodness, I got agree and signed purchase agreement on price.

May be 645.00 less for total of 214.00 only. I see a ACQUISITION FEE of 645.00 and I believe that's only if you lease.
Correct

Retool the plant, everything needs to be changed for next gen.

They don't need 6 months to re-tool the plant this time around. It took quite a bit of time when they moved from unitized Focus production to T6 production, but this is a re-tool that'll take a few weeks at most. They already run the Bronco down the same line. Everything won't need to be changed for what is basically T6.2.

I'm getting ready to try to order a Lariat and now I'm confused, Does this mean it still has the Lariat cluster but not all functions or that it has the XLT dash with a center cluster?
It says this on the build sheet and on the website but doesn't say what a 500A Lariat dash would be. I really would prefer the XLT instrument cluster.

I did the build and the 500A has XLT cluster 501A has the upgraded cluster. I believe that's what your asking.
