Given the very minor changes from 2019 to 2020 I bet there won't be much fundamentally different about 2021 either. I can't imagine them making big changes in 2021 just to turnaround and release the "all new" 2022. I am sure there will be cosmetic changes and shuffling of packages but it wouldn't surprise me if innovative changes are being reserved for the all-new model.
Nice! I just checked yesterday and it wasn't up. I'm seeing building our truck it shows only 4 tie downs lol! So they're dropping us down by two?
wow, that's stupid
I bet they are still having supplier issues.
It's a smart business move on their part to reduce the count until their supplier catches up.
Oddly enough there's nine VIN's for various 2020's at nearby dealers so they must be being built. Pretty cool.
They started building the 2020's yesterday. Those on dealer websites must be "in transit" because they absolutely can't have any 2020's at any dealers yet.
Yep, totally aware of all that. Just surprised that their site shows them. My salesman wasn't kidding I guess when he said expect to see ours before Christmas.
Last year when there were virtually no Rangers at any local dealers, they all showed a bunch that were marked as "In Transit" - and they were ones that hadn't even been built yet. I wanted to test drive one and got my hopes up that someone actually had one in stock but none did until Mid to late January. And even then, it was few and far between. A very large dealer who now has over 50 Rangers in stock had two at that point.
Hopefully you see yours before Christmas. That would be a GREAT Christmas present!
Very short comment here - - - glad I have a 2019 Hot Pepper Red. Also, prices seem to have gotten steeper.
Sync 3 and not Sync 4? It was announced for 2020 vehicles. Maybe not all I guess.
Was announced for select 2020 models. Requires a new head unit, so would typically come with a refresh.
I configured my 2019 Ranger as a 2020 and the MSRP was about $1,200 more.
I did mine too and it was only like $100 more. They must have increased the price on some of the packages.
Nothing showing on the Ford Canada site yet... it's usually weeks or months behind for everything!
