My truck has 32k miles on it. 100% stock hardware except for lights, and bed accessories.
I live in a hilly area so I'm either driving uphill or downhill. I rarely commute on her, so mostly highway road trip miles (2/3 usage). I worked from home from '20-'25 so didn't drive her much except long trips. When I do drive her, I'm not babying her too much. I redline her or at least rev to 4k RPM often. I occasionally do enjoy shaming other slower vehicles so I'm not a slow poke. First 3 years I off roaded her a lot. Sand, rocks, ruts, maybe a small jump here and there. Used 4WD a lot, some low range use. I have stayed on top of maintenance, which was mostly oil and filter changes, tire rotation, air filter, and kept her clean as can be.

Got the truck back from its last service and dealer said front tires are at 10/32 rear tires at 11/32 (probably on its 3rd rotation).
Brake pads are 9mm (new is approximately 10mm?).

I'm somewhat skeptical. 32k miles and tires and brakes almost like new??? Ok tires do look like they have plenty of tread. But I thought I drove this truck moderately hard enough to show more wear.

I'm feeling this annoying slight surging at very small throttle openings while the transmission wants to stay on a tall gear. Goes away once I lock out the top 3 gears. Other than that she runs excellent. I asked about a transmission fluid flush and dealer said not due until 60k. ??? But they do want to clean the injectors and throttle bodies for $400. I would think the engine might actually have some carbon build up upstream of the valves (direct injection curse).

Opinions? Thoughts?

Dealership keeps asking if I want to trade her in. HELL NO! The truck is running like an enraged Ape! The most fun truck I've ever owned. NO!
Pic for attention.

Your surging is likely a bad EGR DPFE pressure sensor. It is cheap (about $20 at Rock Auto) and easy to replace. When bad, it gives the exact symptoms that you described. See this thread:

Just had my OE tires on my 22 Tremor rotated and balance checked at 28K. Same situation, virtually no wear at all. And they’ve been through some stuff.

I have 69,000 miles on my 2023 Tremor and had the tread measured last week. All 4 tires still at 7/32 - 8/32. Rotated every 5,000 miles so yours doesn't sound odd to me.
