2020 Ranger sport xlt 4x4 squealing?

It’s been raining where I live about every day for a week and my Ranger started to squeal on the freeway very strange so I looked up if anybody had this issue before and it’s actually pretty common. I saw a tsb and was wondering how much would this cost? In California dollars at a ford dealer? I’m 99% sure this is my issue

Scrolling through the TSB, it appears to be a 10.6 hr job (Ranger 4X4), so using a nominal $220/hr shop labor rate, that comes to $2,332± for labor alone.

This is probably a hail Mary vs the expensive trans. repair.
Check your serpentine belt tensioner. I had two previous vehicles with squealing belts. The belt tensioner became weak, and the belt squealed in wet conditions. Also if the belt has stretched to the limit of the tensioner the same will happen.
...both seem unlikely for a 2020 truck, but it is easy to check and fix.

Is it possible that the road has had ridges cut into it to drain the water away like they do in California? All of our tires squeal on the highways
