Welcome Brian.
MBS Dip stick is fantastic first mod absolutely worth it.. unless you like burning your skin off reaching to check your trans fluid..
Tailgate damper is great if you have kids that shadow you all the time.. helps with keeping their noggins bump free when opening the tail gate.. (guess how I know ?.)
Amp steps are extra extra fancy.
Suspension will make the truck even better..rear leafs. Look into getting either wildtrak (ROW ranger), Ranger Tremor rear leafs, OME, or dobinson leaf packs..(also make sure you get long enough rear shocks as all of those leaf packs raise the rear end height from stock height by .75 to 1.5 inches.)
Coilovers front height have plethora of options.. anyway I’ve blabbed on too long

-Bryan (the proper spelling?) a fellow white 5G Ranger owner..

PS: want to trade headlights? I have some XLT headlights I’ll trade you for your Lariat headlights ?.

I am looking at tailgate damper, I wanted to level the truck (front only) and thought I wouldn’t need the rear modified, not sure?
so far the truck rides smoother than my Dually ?. Wife insisted on the running boards like the Dually has ( arm twisting not needed)

I'm curious how much leveling would effect the MBS dipstick, or oil for that matter? Probably not enough to worry about.

No need to raise the rear. I went to the Eibachs on my FX4 and I can tell you that the ride and handling were both greatly improved. I went up 3/4" in the front.
Improved handling on the twisty mountain road that I run twice a week and handling over fire roads and pot holes is vastly improved. They are reasonably priced and come with the Eibach Limited Million-Mile Warranty. This is a great article that should help guide you. https://www.shocksurplus.com/blogs/news/leveling-strut-comparison-bilstein-vs-eibach-vs-fox

The leveling kit may not be such a good idea. Gas mileage goes down, there is the possibility of introducing driveshaft vibration and if you haul a substantial load or trailer, your low beams will become high beams.

I was thinking of adding the leveling kit, but not sure how to measure how much lift is needed to level the front. Can leveling be done without a new shocks and springs? I saw level blocks on line, but not sure if those will work, or cause other issues. I won’t be changing tires until later on, but dont Want too large of a tire to kill my gas mileage.
