Just went over to Landmark Ford in Tigard to check this one out since I'm up here. It can't be driven because Ford took it back onto their inventory so they could take it to the Portland Auto Show starting on Jan 24th. It's a nice truck and while I couldn't drive it I did get to check it out. I'm now more excited for mine to come in! Since I'll be back in CA for the weekend I'll see if Mission Valley or the Ford Store still have one. since I do want to drive it.
Too funny! I went in there tonight to check it out as well. I called today to verify they had it in stock and they told me it was in the showroom. No driving, but it was great to see one in person. The seats are REALLY comfy and I think there is a LOT of room in the back for a mid size truck.Just went over to Landmark Ford in Tigard to check this one out since I'm up here. I have not found a reliable way to tell based off Ford’s inventory website. Lots of the Rangers I post from Facebook will say “in transit” when they obviously have already arrived.@rangerdanger (or anyone else who might know) - is there a way on the "search" function on ford.com to only show vehicles that are actually in stock? I do a search and it comes up with LOTS of trucks, but as far as I know, there is only the one in Portland at this time - all the rest say "Dealer Ordered" or "This vehicle is in transit" - when you look at the window sticker some of them haven't even been built yet. I would love to know if there are other units in Portland - I really would like to test drive one.
There must be some trick I'm missing.
I do know the one that is in Portland had a status of "In Stock" instead of "Dealer Ordered"I have not found a reliable way to tell based off Ford’s inventory website. Lots of the Rangers I post from Facebook will say “in transit” when they obviously have already arrived.
