Need your opinion on tailgate letter colors

The flag decals seem to work well with any color, but they really pop with the red!

That's what I was looking for. But didn't find it.

That's crazy...LOL. But they gave us the best deal. They called last week to see if we wanted to trade the Ranger in. Not gonna happen!

I had a little game with the sales manager...and I walked away. They called the next day and gave me what I wanted. The sales guy could be a friend...it was Carl. These sales guys really have no control on the outcome. My youngest son is a truck nut...he does all the maintenance while I help. Carl did call the other day, but we over bought this truck to give to one of the kids. they both do crazy stuff. I'm to old, blind, deaf, and don't want to go to jail. LOL! We modded it a bit with the CAI and cat back...and wind deflectors and stickers. Bilsteins are in the discussion. I drive like an old fart, have 5k miles on the Ranger. When I'm dead - I'll give it up.

I have a 2020 Lightning Blue Ranger with magnetic trim. It has been too cold to put letters in (thankfully in this case). Due to my indecisiveness, I bought both magnetic (graphite) and black letters. My question is which looks better? If you have pics, I’d love to see them. Also am putting black letters on front magnetic trim around black grille. Not a fan of blue letters.

Here’s what I ended up doing with my 2019 Lightning Blue FX4. $56 on Amazon. The grey metallic paint on the raised letters closely matches the paint of the bumper. And the black backing gives it just the right amount of outline. Great adhesion and has held up nicely.

Meaning you dropped them and now can’t find them because they blended in? I did see some vinyl ones that were camo on Amazon. I don’t recall seeing any of the plastic/raised ones in camo though.

I take that back. TufSkinz has the camo ones as plastic inserts.

They aren’t cheap but I’ve heard their quality is good.

Since I have the chrome package on my 20 Lightning Blue Extended Cab, I went with Chrome. They are actually polished Stainless. Ordered them from Ford dealer on line. I also have a chrome hood protector as well that's chrome. It looks like and extension of the grille. Kinda of a throwback, especially since Black everything has been overdone .

It was warm enough for me to put them on today, including the ones up front too! And the aeroskin 2 deflector. And the 4”stubby antenna. And took off the FX2 stickers. I thought they looked obnoxious and a little showy for 2WD. Just have the bushwhacker rocker stuff that I’m gonna do tomorrow.
