I've suspected this also. It's the reason I won't get a tune until I'm 100% confident in the transmission. As much as I want the issue fixed, I don't want to just hide it with the tune.

Keep an eye on it! Mine felt GREAT when I first got it back....then after a few days, maybe a week or two, it started acting quirky again. Document everything so you can be specific IF you need to take it back, but hopefully it stays smooth for you.
