2020’s have the latest in production, 18q1. At some point they may switch to newer software that comes with 19q1 when that goes to production in a bit.
This is why it's best to wait for official updates where you have less confusion to worry about. There are two types of voice packs. One is core voice, the 14G391. The other is the nav voice 14G422. The latter is only for the map data. The former contains all of the data for the VR and TTS...
Those Cyan ones usually don’t have the voice pack. I have not checked their latest one though. All you would need are the latest two packages. You don’t need to install 19101 first.
There's no need to reformat on 3.2+. You'd just run an installer with the latest apps (381) and voice (391) to update, or wait for the official updater which will do the same thing. People will reformat to either run v3.4 on an unsupported module (meant for v3.0 and earlier only) or to install a...
That's the latest voice package that's paired with the latest build. It's possible this release ends up being the one to go out as a user update. I think that's still TBD. These new build files always pop-up early on forums as links to new files tend to pop up on various foreign forums once they...
Never tried it that i can recall. Wouldn't surprise me though. Usually I'll drop the .gz or something by mistake in a copy and paste. You'd see a LST error if that was the case to indicate it can't find an expected file.
Last thing I can think of to try, short of running the entire spiel again is... save a backup copy of the autoinstall.lst file on the map update drive. Then, edit the one still on the drive (you can use Notepad or similar) to contain:
[SYNCGen3.0_ALL]
Item1 = Map-License
Open1 =...
Looks like it's all there. One thing you can try is running a master reset in case it had some problem mounting the new images. You also see the 4U5T-14G424-CB listed as well, correct?
So, push and hold both seek forward buttons (steering wheel + IP panel) for ~10 seconds. End the speaker walk around. Select the APIM item, then IVSU Versions. It'll show you a list of what all is installed on the unit.
Check if anything shows up in the IVSU Versions menu. You'll look for the 14G421 and 14G422 items. Did you power cycle after running the map delete utility? I've personally never used that one, so it's not clear to me if it needs that reset first or not.
The only things I've seen are smaller lists blasted out to dealers on occasion relating to specific field issues. Personally I wish we put the "big picture" changes at least on the update notification on screen, but that's just me.
For the voice users...

Press and hold seek forward on the panel and the steering wheel at the same time for ~10 seconds. Cancel the speaker walk around, then go to the APIM info, IVSU Versions, then it'll list what's installed.
