Mine only has 4 also (no middle ones). 11/19 build date.
Havent needed them yet so ill buy em when I regularly need them, which will probably be never. Box is so short and straps are plenty long. Your mileage may vary.
Normal. A brand new shaft would be the same.
There will be some play goin in and out like that (its splined).
Up/down/all around/rotational it should be tight.
Mine does a similar thing when leaving work, it is more like a minor engine stumble vs a shifting thing. Mine is minor though, and couple times a week.
Frankly I ignore little intermittent stuff like that, especially if its not up to temp yet.
Maybe you are babying it too much tbh.
I measured mine in another thread. 9.5 inches to the carpet. Hacked mine off within a few days of of ownership.
Either some people have really small feet or they do the old farmer bottom corner sideways foot braking.
So tremor, minor option switch arounds, and colors are the main changes?
I want that tremor switch panel!!
I defn feel less bad about buying a leftover 19 a few months ago.
Still the "new" model in my eyes.
You seem to be misreading what Ive posted. I suggest you do your own research.
The research has been done and the data is there. You won't find it on a forum.
Heres what I was trying to describe in Post #4. Not saying yours wont work. But with this setup you don't have to worry about what the switch is capable of.
Don't get get jealous of my perfect penmanship.
Could use a aftermarket fuse block with separate fuses for each relay/light...
Just installed the putco insert. Its just alright, wish there was better mounting for the bottom instead of the trim tape and the upper corners aren't super secure.
Should be about $20 instead of $70.
Minor gripes though, does what it was supposed to do. Defn covers the hole and looks...
@OFC Ranger
Can your switch box do both switches (acc1,acc2) at same time, to have all the lights on? Another relay could control that if not. More light the better!
Usually the rv dealer sets the up but from what I have seen they never set them up correctly. Varies so much between setups (truck/trailer combo).
Std hitch (left). Weight distribution hitch (right)
The one pictured here is about $600-700, maybe overkill. This one will have more sway...
I would do dual relays (one for each acc1 and acc2). Then the relay takes most of the work and the switch use just enough to fire the relay (200ish mA to fire relay vs 10 amp light draw).
Your system, the relay looks to be used to create switched power source. If you used the dual relay method...
Did you try going somewhere else? Brakes aren't this complicated.
The rear calipers don't "compress" either, they screw in because of the ebrake design.
How does your ebrake work? i.e. does is hold okay? How far up does ebrake handle need to be pulled, grabs instantly or pulls part way up like...
PCV is after the charge pipes and intercooler, so they wont see oil from the pcv. They may see very small amount from the "clean air" breather but the pcv is the main culprit.
Diesel are the worst for this though, they put the Crankcase vent pre turbo because diesels have no manifold vacuum.
