I would stick around 35 psi (37 is fine) for that size and load rating. If the ride is a bit rough, you can always drop the pressure by 1-2 psi and test again.

What size did you go with? What load rating? Pressure is a personal preference. You shouldn't go below 30, since that can cause issues with safety. 37 seems high. The proper way to find pressure is the chalk test (LINK TO METHOD).

The 5100s are made for the OE spring, as far as I know. You can ask Shock Surplus, they're usually good about answering questions.

can you compare the height and coil count of the OE springs with the OME springs? the OME have a 605 spring rate, if I remember correctly.

4.88 is the only option I found. You can do 4.56 but, from what I found, you have to replace the front diff with the Dana FDU. That's a whole other can of worms. There was a guy on here who did 4.56 on the M190 but... when I tried using his part numbers to look up parts, nothing was right...

Depends on the speed... We have 55, 65, and 75 out here. The truck cruises comfortably at 65-70. 75 is a little high and 85 is screaming. The truck will hold 85 but the RPM is high. I will get numbers for you next time I drive.
