What is your actual question? Alignment spec should follow what Ford says. Even leveled, Ford's spec will get even wear. The OE control arms only allow so much adjustment, so the camber might have been out this whole time. If the shop that did your alignment said your camber has been maxed...

I had a PLA+ mount melt inside my cabin. This one is PETG. Here are the print settings I used for strength. I printed it at 45 degrees too so that the layer lines wouldn't be in the same direction as the force of the license plate.

Agreed - The only time I have to hit the buttons is if I use remote start. Even then, it will kick on after 5-8 minutes. Startled the snot out of me when I forgot.
