  1. Belt Tensioner SNAPPED OFF

60k is powertrain, I doubt that would be under that unfortunately.
  2. Diode Dynamics Stage Series 6" LED light bar review

Very good review and looks fantastic, how did you mount them, and wire them? How involved was that process and did you have any difficulty getting through the firewall?
  3. Pre collision assist issue and Ford response

So pre collision assist activates at 6 mph and higher, pedestrian alert is on up to 50 mph and the parking sensors are active below 3mph. Those are all the easily found figures direct from ford. The fact of the matter is if your pre collision system was activating in a car wash and in the...
  4. Pre collision assist issue and Ford response

Yeah you are correct, though I think the speeds for the pre collision are slower like 20 mph but don't quote me on that. They are as you put separate systems and should never activate at the same time. Car wash parking sensors should definitely go off but not the pre collision.
  5. 4x4 packages

Then you are good to go! Just about all of the fx4 functionality can be programmed in with forscan but in all actuality it isn't very useful, the trail cruise control is a fine gimmick but it takes away from the fun. I would look at a shock upgrade though regardless, it will clean up the...
  6. 2022 transmission needs "overhaul" - just left the dealer.

Oh thank god, hopefully they put the fixed version in mine. Fingers crossed, I'll have to look back through my paperwork to see if i can determine it
  7. 2022 transmission needs "overhaul" - just left the dealer.

They replaced my CDF drum completely, do you know if theyve rectified the design issues with newer versions?
  8. Tire recommendations

I would double check all the load ratings to be safe but they should all be great options, if you are doing essentially doing just dirt trails I would advise going for an all season tire tbf, the rangers esc and traction control systems are extremely clever and should shore up any mild...
  9. Tire recommendations

falken wildpeak at3w's are a great tire, and should do well in the snow as well. KO2's are good for offroading but they wear very poorly and quickly and as far as I have heard (granted I am a florida man so take this with a grain of salt) they are not very good for snow and ice. all that aside...
  10. BEEFY!

And a hybrid as well? Interesting
  11. 4x4 packages

    Nah +20 offroading skills
  12. BEEFY!

Oh man that thing is sexy, ofc we will never get it here in america.....
  13. is an extended warranty worth it?

I will grant you that there is absolutely a sample bias but based on the proliferation of 10r80 issues I would say that at minimum getting an extension on your powertrain coverage (if possible) is a smart play. If you have a lariat or heavily optioned xlt I would say it is probably a good bet...
  14. 2022 transmission needs "overhaul" - just left the dealer.

Yep thats the one right there. My truck was apparently trying to do a 100 percent the TSB Speedrun lol, hoping yours isnt.
  15. Hesitation: transmission or something else?

Good luck bro, hopefully you get to it before everything goes to shit like mine did. If nothing else I would insist they do the software update, it is tsb 23 250 I believe
  16. Hesitation: transmission or something else?

I would have them take a look at the valve body, hard shifts like that are the first symptom of it going bad.
  17. 2022 transmission needs "overhaul" - just left the dealer.

They are gonna go through the whole process, the tsb should be 23 2250 if you wanna search that. Even though mine felt like riding a bucking bull they still did the software then the valve overhaul etc. They aren't able to skip steps unfortunately. The good news is nearly 2 months later and...
  18. 2021 Ford Ranger oil analysis 3 and 4

If they didn't write it on your paperwork they definitely didn't do it, I believe its a very recent thing.
  19. Transmission Debacle and Greenway Ford

I definitely didn't give them any attitude or disrespect through the entire process, in fact I went out of my way to be both respectful and tried to be understanding. In fact my approach was a near carbon copy of yours. The fact is there are more variables and factors. It getting fixed is the...
