Mounted on the hood with a lip mount. Punched through the rubber boot behind the glovebox to route the cable.
I don’t have a good picture. Hopefully this one helps.
I think if it was just the tie-down deletion, the discussion would have tapered off long ago. The problem is that as this platform is maturing the list of deleted or substituted parts/options/features keep increasing. It doesn't seem that anything is being added or improved within a trim-line...
The desktop app may have updated the driver for the ProCal 4 unit, but didn't prompt you for a reboot. Also, I remember mine triggering a .NET update after I installed the desktop app update. You might need to check for a .NET update or reboot so that .NET finishes installing. Windows :explode:
The exhaust is for the sound, if you like that kind of sound from a 2.3 liter engine that has the exhaust flow smoothed out by the turbo. The cold air intake might improve performance in certain circumstances when used with a tune, but install a K&N filter into the existing, Ford Designed, air...
I did my update a while back and I got a similar error. I had not used that particular laptop for awhile, so I ran some Windows updates, then updated to the newest version of the software (not the newest version of the tune). It installed an additional .NET update, then everything worked as...
The Ridgeline seems to be the more practical vehicle for me, but when I was a young man, I desired a compact 4x4 pickup, so when I got old, I decided that the Ranger fit that desire best and I got it. So the Ranger is my mid-life crisis car! ?
How many tie downs in the bed? 2019 had 6 and 2020+ have 4 included.
What steering knuckles do you have? Sometime in 2020 they changed from aluminum to iron.
Oh and they removed the EcoBoost badging.
Hankook tires on Ranger FX4 package:
LT265/65R17, 31.0" diameter, 10.6" width, -C range load, 44 lbs, 675 rev/mile
--265/60R18, 30.5" diameter, 10.6" width, SL range load, 35 lbs, 681 rev/mile
If this is right, then the tires on the 17" rims are 3-peak snow rated and the tires on the 18" rims...
I don't understand it 100% but sidewall rating, the letters, indicate the number of sidewall plys in the the tire (or an equivalent). The load index number is a numerical rating based on its load carrying capability at the fully rated pressure. So I guess that my tire's C rating is when...
I still have the stock 265/65R17 Hankook tires on my Ranger. I will be moving up to a 265/70R17 in the future. I checked out the same Hankook tire in that size and they are SL with a 4-ply sidewall, which I thought I might be happy with because of the lighter weight and more compliant ride, but...
I think the tires would be fine. Just the stock tires are LT C rated (equivalent to 6-ply sidewall) and the Maxxis is not LT and has 4-ply sidewall. This is why your getting a tire with wider tread and greater overall surface area, but the weight is not increasing.
They are passenger car and not light truck, like your FX4 is. This means they will not have the same load handing ability as your stock tire. Maybe this is okay if you don't tow or max-out the payload.
