Just as you drive down the road and it rattles, or when someone leans onto it hard?
You might try removing the door panel a tightening any fasteners you find in that area.
I'm not 100% sure I can answer your question, but I can show you the two switches I threw in my Lightforce button mount:

Try this:
Place tape on the back of the light bar in different locations. Tape a popsicle stick here abs and there. Move the tape around between different test drives and take note in the changes in the noises.
I installed my bed rack with tent and all was good until I took a road trip to NJ...
I highly suggest getting the aftermarket crash bars. You'll most likely find that as the truck's weight shifts as its moving while you're turning you'll get a lot of interference. And I found pulling in and out of driveways while turning was really bad.

9" tall (top of Holosun to bottom of the grip)
3" wide (with brace folded)
I have found one bag that would possibly fit the bill, but it looks very overtly...
Well that's weird. I only say that because bosses around where the bolts secure the lid are broken. Seems to reason an abnormal force was possibly applied to the lid to cause that. I was wondering if all of this was caused by something being left on the airbox and then having the hood closed on...
Hahahaha
The upside-down Osprey has irked some folks on some of my other PCCs (and even me). But it drives me a little less OCD lined up like that.
?
I didn't even think about the possibility of eventually being able to get an aftermarket mag. Now I'm going to be keeping my fingers crossed!
