My camera came with either a sticky mount or a suction cup mount. I received mine as a gift and the gift giver bought the version with the suction cup. It eventually stopped holding the camera on my windshield and I ordered the sticky back mount and switched to that. I've absolutely had no...
When we bought the house and moved down here we had to have the whole HVAC system replaced. Luckily the new unit was optioned with a soft start feature.
I've been thinking about adding a whole home dehumidifier to the HVAC system. I just don't wanna crawl up into the billion degree attic to do it!
I'm keen to get mine switched out (I still haven't! HAHAHAHA). I decided to wait until the weather cools around here. Damn this Florida air is like walking through the swamp suspended in the sky!
There are better options to power a dash cam, in my opinion. I had nothing but issues using a switched fuse. I now run mine of a OBD II adapter dongle. There are also kits that allow you to cleanly tap power from your rear view mirror.
I need to get my ass out for some real fishing. I did a mickey-mouse drift fishing trip and caught some grunt that fried up very nicely. But I need to fish for real!
Does anybody here happen to own a Beretta 21a Bobcat?
I snagged this for a song, and almost have it all the way back together (waiting on the barrel and mainspring assembly to arrive) but have some questions about the slide.
Yeah - that's pretty common. It's become pretty much a boilerplate warning.
Many times, it's not a warranty issue, and the mechanic needs to be paid for the diag time. And I've seen customers try to walk. Nope! "You chose to jump your new F150 Dukes of Hazard style, so replacing your exhaust...
From my short stint as a service writer, I can tell you I've seen people bring in vehicles for repair under warranty, and with out an doubt, there were signs of clear abuse outside the purview of a warranty repair. And thus, the language exists that there is a diag. fee - just for incidents like...
THANKS!!!!
Also, did you cut your old hoses? If not, how did you get the original clamps off? Or do I need to reread what you originally posted cause it's up there? HAHAHA
I forgot to post these up. I recently showed my wife the J. W. Corbett wildlife area down here in South Florida.
Sadly, the off-road scene down here is just lame. :(
I tell you what's gonna suck...
...my truck is lifted. So reaching down to get the hose clamps on the bottom end of the assembly is going to be a PITA.
I figure I should probably get the whole thing out in order to separate the old hoses for re-use so I don't booger them up.
I seem to recall my mom had a S197 Mustang that came new from the factory with felt pads stuck on points of the dash that came into contact with each other. So Ford does just what you do from the factory sometimes!
When I read the OP's post, my mind went right to the mount having broken on the front of the motor.
It cracks me up when someone has something bad happen to their new-ish to them vehicle, they join a forum to learn more about it and post about it, and get absolutely flamed for having a negative...
