I am not seeing and "ignition" that runs to the radio head. The only power to it I see comes from that feed on the body control module. The radio can be controlled from a network buss message (there is a high speed can bus shown in the schematic). I don't think they necessarily have to have a...
The wiring diagram is part of the service manual DVD. It is also available separately in a paperback booklet. Both are sold online through Helm Inc.
With that said I took a quick look. There are a couple variants (with and without Sync) Both look like they get their power from the body control...
I ordered a rear step for my Ranger from Bestop. Today in the mail I received a side step for an F150. So to answer the OP's question, I received nothing for my Ranger.
2019-2020 Ranger
Issue: Some 2019-2020 Ranger vehicles may exhibit random Trailer Connected/Disconnected messages in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) message center when no trailer is connected. This may be caused by corrosion and/or moisture in C4098 (4-pin trailer tow connector), C4099...
That's for sure! It is a huge job. You have to recover the AC, drain the coolant, and pull out the whole dashboard - console, steering column, etc... I have done this on other vehicles, it is never easy.
FYI-

Some 2019-2020 Ranger vehicles built on or before 30-Jul-2020 may experience poor and/or no temperature change when the...
A co-worker of mine has a 2019 Colorado and had this shudder issue with the transmission. He took it back and they told him that they would change the fluid to fix it. This sounded hard to believe, but he swears that it did work on his Chevy.
I have no idea if this is the same issue some...

TSB 20-2339
Sept 24, 2020
Issue: Some 2019 Ranger vehicles may exhibit a vehicle buck/surge during low speed operation and/or an engine that runs rough after cold start. This may be due to various software parameters within the powertrain control module (PCM). To correct the condition, follow...
That looks pretty normal to me. (End to end clearance) Where you don't want to see any play is if you would rotate the shaft and either end of it has play in it in relation to the shaft.
I have a digital angle gauge in my wood shop so I thought I would measure my 2020 Ranger per the instructions in the TSB just to see what I get.
Let me say, my truck has absolutely no vibration or shudder at all. I was just curious what results I would get. Plus I was bored and happen to own...
Intermittent electrical problems can be tough to track down. I took a quick look at the power distribution schematic for the Ranger. If what you are saying is that there is no crank, no lights, no ignition, etc.. Then a good place to start would be to inspect the battery, and battery...
Glad to hear it is working.
Just for reference, below is how Ford wires in those four wires in case anyone else finds that they are MIA, they can see how to wire it in on their own if they want to copy the original design.
From what is shown and described, I would say it should work fine.
If you want to be extra cautious you could add fuses on the outputs of the switch box that are sized to be a few amps higher than the actual measured amp draw from each load. (ACC-1 and ACC-2)
Then the fuse shown from the...
