Update: PurolatorBOSS PBC35519 Perfect fit.
I have been on the quest to find a replacement cabin air filter other than the factory one, specifically a carbon laden one to catch some odors before getting into the cab.
So far I have found the OEM filter number which is FP88 (19N619). However...
I’d really like to see this working as well. Can we cross reference an f150 build data to try and enable the same values? If you know where to look I can dig around on my f150.
I noticed this as well. I am going to try the automatic and then disabled settings tonight and see what changes. Also, wondering what the DAB (Digital Audio Broadcast) menu would allow for.
Anyone know what the Parking Aid Menu is for? I enabled both but didn’t see anything changed or added. Also, the Silent Mode doesn’t seem to do anything either. Anyone else try these options?
I wasn’t attesting to the gauges validity as a useful instrument rather just that it should and could represent the wheels status. I’ll give you an example where I would like to see the data. Going up an incline with washouts that place one of the four wheels in the air. At this time it would be...
I’ll test it tonight and do a battery disconnect for a few minutes as well as test out the drive modes after. I’d really like it to work so I’ll try as many different kinds of resets there are.
Well the F150 shows power distribution in 2H,4H, and 4L. The truck does manage and alter torque at each wheel. So it should have a readout of that data.
I was poking around under the truck and the only real restriction I see is the 2.5” just after the stock cat. However, it could flow just fine for the turbo that’s on here but I don’t know the specs of the turbo. Do you have any info on it? I’d really like to see a compressor map on it.
CarPro Ceramic coating checking in here.. took me about 4 hours. I even did my plastic trim (potential trigger for some people) on the mirrors and bumper, headlights, glass as well as wheels and fender edges. Snow didn’t even stick in this lasted storm we had.
I would assume it’s not included because no one else in the midsize truck market offers it yet. Unfortunately, they always hold out on all the cool stuff until they are pressed to offer it.
I had the park assist option in my SHO and only used it as a “look what it can do” about 3 times in 5...
It’s actually done with EPAS ( electronic power assist steering). This is the same way they use the park assist system in other ford vehicles like my SHO. The steering is controlled by the vehicle. Using the brakes to modulate steering would be very ineffiecnt and hard to quantify in a given...
The premise of the system is to alert you first if there is enough time and if you fail to make corrections it will do what it can to midigate the crash.
I can say both the lane keeping and collision avoidance is more advanced than the one in my 2015 F150. Lane keeping in the Ranger is nearly...
In addition to the topic... Go into settings > display > Fuel + Tach
This will Show you the fuel gauge and tach while being on the other display pages such as the off road pages and air pressure page.
Went out and played with the truck this weekend! Did a few creek crossings up to the doors and some nice offset slippery rocks. Truck was amazing in every situation. Ill have some video of the off road parts finished later but for now here is a little sneak peak of the area.
