  1. Colorado here

I was out by Taylor park in Gunnison NF. We found a nice spot on the tail along Italian creek. It was pretty dry out there compared to the eastern side of the slope near Winfield. Any plans to go hit up some trails soon? I might be passing through aspen on the way to Marble next month.
  2. SPD Performance Downpipe

I used an extension and deep well. Nut closest to the engine can be had from the top if you are in the bay so your arms are long enough. Bottom one can be had in either top or bottom. I found the bottom was easy to access or at least break loose and then undo from the top. The combination of box...
  3. Colorado here

What parts do you need? I have the stock parts from my div valve. Not to make you feel bad or anything but it’s beautiful out here today. :)
  4. Colorado here

I’m headed to the BV area today and staying in Taylor park area. Hit me up if you are nearby! Side note: we should try to get a ranger meet up before the snow sets in. Thinking Mt. Antero would be a fun trip.
  5. Post your off-road pics.

It has been a really good tire so far. Haven’t experienced any lack of grip or wishing I had more than it provided. They have been on slippery river beds, sand, snow, mud, loose granite, and sharp rock trails without any let downs. Very impressive tire!
  6. Levels Performance Upgraded Intercooler

I’d be in if the turnout time isn’t months away.
  7. For those measuring boost...

Using the Ngauge to view PSI I’ve see 21-22 tuned.

  11. On board Air setup on your Ranger

I’ve been using my Dewalt cordless air compressor. Able to air up from 15-40 psi in 20 seconds per tire. Decided it was the best if both worlds in compromise instead of installing one on the truck.
  12. SPD Performance Downpipe

Unfortunately, my better half has informed me that the truck is too loud.. hah. I think it sounds great with the turbo whistle and the nice run on deceleration. Sooo I’ll be selling mine at a discounted price of $400? Free shipping. Let me know if you want it and I’ll send it out. :computerrage:
  13. SPD Performance Downpipe

Sure thing, it will be a generalized process. 1. Loosen exhaust clamp closest to the factory flex portion of the exhaust. 2. Unbolt the ridged mount that is attached to the transmission. 3. Loosen top two flange bolts from the top. 15mm wrench works for the passenger side top nut and a 15mm...
  14. SPD Performance Downpipe

Yep, comes with the 2.5” adaptor or you can use the 3” one if you get aftermarket exhaust.
  15. SPD Performance Downpipe

Yeah it was an easy install. Took about an hour.
  16. SPD Performance Downpipe

Just installed the SPD downpipe. The flow difference is apparent. Faster spool time and you can hear the turbo finally. The size difference is also significant.
  17. New AFE PARTS

Yeah I considered it but I don’t want to cut off the barb that helps retain the coupling. Can you send me a picture or a measurement of your riser coming out of the pipe for the bypass valve? I’m betting mine is longer. Looks to be “eyeballed” by a fabricator at afe. As for any improvements...
  18. New AFE PARTS

Ehh just popped the hood. Its leaving an indent in the hood insulation but so far its not causing any issues. I suppose long term the plug/wires will get worn down. Should be good to go for as long as ill keep it, haha.
  19. New AFE PARTS

I pushed the hot side in as far as I could to get more clearance but it still hits the hood insulation. Also tried to point the valve in a different direction so the plug wouldn’t be the highest point but the holes only line up in that specific pattern. So for now it touches the hood insulation...
  20. New AFE PARTS

Got the pipes installed. Cold side is to long and should of been shorter with a longer coupling. It might be okay but depending on how much the engine flexes it could break the intercooler. Hot side is too tall and won’t clear the GFB add on diverting valve. Annoying little things that could of...
