I want to install a USB port in the tray on top of the dash. Has anyone safely removed the tray without damage? Or maybe removed the panel where the optional dash speaker would go? I would like to see what's under there so I could drill the hole and route the 12V wiring.

There seems to be almost no information about the 2.3" productivity screen anywhere to be found. Does anyone know where there is a video tutorial, good photos, or even a good functional description of this screen in the Ranger? Is it visually and functionally identical to the one in the F-150?
