The "13A576" is only on Rangers that don't have a rear bumper, like utility beds. You shouldn't need the "13A576".

Yeah, it looks like the part number for that wiring harness is, KB3Z-15K868-D (with back up sensors). It's on national backorder until 04/22. It's probably the same situation that the engine covers that went on backorder because of "unanticipated demand".

My Ranger has the vibration on take off. It does it under light throttle even when the truck is moving at a low speed and you lightly dip into the throttle and I have 2200 miles on my truck. These guys noticed it as well in their test truck at 11:24 in their video here,
