I have stayed away from AA. Mothers VLR (or "Protectant" if you can find it), or 303 Aerospace or Lexol Vinylex.Just use ArmorAll
+1 on the 303. Pro detailers use the stuff.I have stayed away from AA. Mothers VLR (or "Protectant" if you can find it), or 303 Aerospace or Lexol Vinylex.
Sunlight kills rubber and plastics. Some form of UV blocker + rubber/plastic conditioner makes things last much longer.

I gave him the paint code for magnetic (J7) from the order guide. He said he would call if he wasn't sure if he couldn't match it without seeing it.Ooh, I wanna do that too. That Ford Magnetic color has a paint code already at the paint shops? Do tell!
The basics are covered in the stickied thread that covers the "Official" grill. As far as I can tell, it seems like the removal and installation can be done in about 2 to 2.5 hours for even the most novice among us. Just need to make sure that you have a plastic removal kit from Amazon and the appropriate size wrench, which I believe is 10mm.Did I miss it or has someone done a how to install this grill?
