I did. The problem seemed to be the zip file size being too large. I downloaded RAR Extractor and Expander. Worked fine except one of the .gz files was in the root folder. Moved it, loaded to a USB stick, and did the update without a problem. Just took an hour and a half. — Tom

I got all six of mine. Two for the top, two for the bottom, and one for each side. They and their screws were packaged separately from the bag of letters. If your grille is missing them, and you got it from Connecticut Joe Micali, give him a call; he may be able to send them to you. -- Tom

I hope they work *well*. I just dropped my KO grille off at my Ford dealership body shop. They're going to paint the surround Magnetic, and the letters Lightning Blue, and then clearcoat it.. They told me it could be ready tomorrow night, or early next week, and will come in around $250. -- Tom

I tried the CupFone. I am returning it. It doesn't fit snugly in the console cupholder. I wobbles around a lot. I'm going to try the mount from ProClipUSA that attaches to the side of the console. I'll try to remember to let you know how that works out. -- Tom
