Cute pup. I like the grill, might borrow the idea.Back to the murals...add extra Red Pepper...Oracal 651 gloss red vinyl to confuse the masses...is this a Raptor or a Tremor?...I'm going for Rapmore...?
My buddy...technically wife's pooch but he's my favorite 10 pounder...?
I like the version that spells "DUDE" ?Cute pup. I like the grill, might borrow the idea.
Here is a crazy idea, let’s replace FORD with Roush and really confuse the hell out of people. ?
I have that one, well it says DOOD, but sadly they did not the extra D and O. ?I like the version that spells "DUDE" ?
That's what I'm looking for...but the existing options are kinda gaudy and not very functional as bug deflector...I've seen AVS molded version on the other vehicles that are better...the one for Ranger is heat formed/hand made so quality is pretty inconsistent...I realize this may be blasphemy, but what about the ones that adhere to the front of the hood?
Lower profile and don't look quite so weird at the outside edges to me...
Something like these might look good on your grill there too...Added red outlined letters to the Raptor grill.
Are you looking more for functional or styling?Moving on without the deflector...could never get used to the shape of this particular AVS bug shield...too misshapen and looks melted...the way it's mount is sandwiched between the seal and hood increases the thickness requiring hard slam in order to latch properly...so I'm taking it off until a better one comes along...
...
Function without being too bold...this AVS Aeroskin II for 150 is nicely done...not crazy about the version for Ranger tho...Are you looking more for functional or styling?
I have the Aeroskin II and I can vouch for about 99.8% effective unless bug flies in from the side (-.2). Driving Central valley CA is bug heaven in the spring-fall and it works. Had an AVS model similar to your old one on my GMC and it kept nothing off that I could tell, especially the "glue guts" bugs
This it now
Yeah, it's not in "the norm" for looks, but it does the trick (for me) I saw that they have the model with 'LIGHTS' in it.. maybe Dave has a discount code??Function without being too bold...this AVS Aeroskin II for 150 is nicely done...not crazy about the version for Ranger tho...
Another Aeroskin nicely done for 4Runner...Yeah, it's not in "the norm" for looks, but it does the trick (for me) I saw that they have the model with 'LIGHTS' in it.. maybe Dave has a discount code??
